I started working at Edison School when it was first established. Since it was a new school, everything was at the start, and we all worked hard to provide our students with a good education and a friendly learning environment. I like seeing how our students progress in their studies and how they become responsible, motivated learners.

I have had many beautiful memories with my students during my class time and school activities. I always feel happy to share different stories and my experiences with my students. As young learners, they are curious about the world and ask many questions.

Edison offered an enabling working atmosphere for teachers like me to be “doing” what they “can do” – we are encouraged and facilitated in implementing creative teaching ideas and things that we thought would make our students happier every day at school. Aside from my journey with student organizations, I enjoy working with talented and proactive students.

Edison is not only a workplace, but also a place where I share my passion for teaching and promoting students’ comprehensive development. The school’s mission is to build a solid foundation for students’ future, making every hour of work here meaningful and valuable. I’m honored to be a part of the Edison community, where love and education inspire and motivate people every day. It is not merely a workplace; it is a family where individuals support and encourage one another to achieve their highest ambitions. I hope that this setting will continue to motivate and nurture young talents for many years to come.

Beautiful, unforgettable, and inspiring memories abound from Edison’s school. There have been countless memorable moments that I cherish forever, from fascinating classes to cozy community events. For example, being accompanied by the Student Council to organize charity events, or holding a Radio Soul session on the online screen during the Covid-19 outbreak.

I’ve had a lot of recollections from my time as a Homeroom teacher and the Head of Homeroom Teacher Department. It is quite challenging, but it’s also an opportunity for me to thrive in both my work and life. I’ve made connections and worked with many parents and children, and had the chance to converse, comprehend, and empathize. Each student is a distinct and unique individual. The voyage towards gaining students’ empathy and trust, despite the hardships and barriers, will be rewarding. That’s when the students change for the better, that’s when they say, “Teacher, I have something to talk to you about!”. To me, each of those changes is a priceless gesture of gratitude!

Among all the wonderful memories I’ve created at Edison, the one that brings me the greatest joy was receiving 20/11 congratulation cards from my students, and leading the Robotics team to win the First Prize at the Robotics VexIQ 2023. This victory allowed us to travel to the United States to compete internationally, marking a highlight of my career.
